Please call 404-256-4772 to schedule an appointment, our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm. If you reach our office after hours you may leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call the next business day.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. If you have an after hours emergency, you can reach our doctors by calling the office and leaving a voice message as directed. The doctor will then be paged and return your call as soon as possible.

We try out best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Because we constantly treat emergency problems, unexpected delays may arise. We appreciate you understanding and patience.

After you have scheduled your appointment with us, please go to the top of our website, and click Online Forms. Fill out the registration and health questionnaire form and follow the instructions to send those to us prior to your appointment. If you are unable to send these forms electronically, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out these forms.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

A cancellation hurts three people - another patient, you and me. Please remember to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
